Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add 8 ounces of spaghetti or linguine and cook until al dente.

  3. Add 1 can of sardines, including the oil, to the skillet with the garlic. Gently break the sardines apart and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes.
