Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Layer sliced onions at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Place the beef roast on top of the onions, ensuring even cooking.

  6. Carefully remove the beef roast and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Strain the onions from the broth to prepare for thickening.
  8. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  9. Return the broth and stir in the slurry, simmering until thick.
