Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by draining any excess moisture from the shrimp and crab meat. If using traditional lasagna sheets, cook them in boiling salted water for about 7-8 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a greased baking dish, start with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, add a layer of lasagna sheets, shrimp, crab, and cheese filling, and repeat layers.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the last layer of noodles, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and breadcrumbs on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
