- Begin by draining any excess moisture from the shrimp and crab meat. If using traditional lasagna sheets, cook them in boiling salted water for about 7-8 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Stir until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a greased baking dish, start with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, add a layer of lasagna sheets, shrimp, crab, and cheese filling, and repeat layers.
