Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken thighs with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the scallions, separating the white parts from the green ones.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  4. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the pan and fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. After the chicken is cooked, add the chopped white parts of the scallions to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
