  • 1 cup cream or half-and-half for lighter version
  • 1 teaspoon thyme fresh preferred
  • salt to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Once shimmering, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
