Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture and crumble it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped red onion, minced garlic, spices, tomato puree, flour, and herbs; mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into roughly 12 mini kebabs, pressing firmly to hold together.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, cook kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan, drain on paper towels, and serve with warm pita, salad, or dips.
