Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) or your oven to the same temperature.
- Wash and chop the vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, broccoli) into bite-sized pieces and cube the chicken into one-inch pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.
- Cut large squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, about 12 inches by 12 inches. Place a generous amount of the mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the edges of the aluminum foil over the filling to create a closed packet.
- Place the foil packs on the preheated grill or in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before opening the packs. Garnish with parsley.
- Enjoy your meal and toss the used foil for easy cleanup!
