Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dice the russet potatoes into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry.
  3. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place seasoned potatoes in air fryer in a single layer and air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking every 6-7 minutes.
  5. In a skillet, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, then drain grease and add taco seasoning.
  6. Remove crispy potatoes, layer with seasoned beef, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Add optional toppings as desired and serve.
