  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Introduce sliced mushrooms, cook for 3-4 minutes until soft and juicy.
  5. Stir in chopped bok choy, cooking for 2-3 minutes until it wilts but stays crunchy.
  6. Add soy sauce and vegetable broth, stirring to combine, and cook for 1 minute.
