Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the shrimp and scallops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Allow them to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil along with 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Let the butter melt.
  3. Gently place the scallops into the pan. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  5. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  6. Return the seared scallops to the skillet with the shrimp. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over everything and gently toss.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
