Cooking Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the thinly sliced chicken with a splash of Worcestershire sauce and olive oil, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Let this marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a blend of butter and oil. Once shimmering, toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté for 6-8 minutes until softened and caramelized. Add minced garlic for the last 30 seconds.
  3. In the same skillet, increase the heat to high, and add the marinated chicken in a single layer. Sear until browned on one side, then stir occasionally for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, return sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the cooked chicken, and place slices of provolone cheese on top. Cover for 30-60 seconds to melt the cheese.
  5. Spread optional garlic mayo or butter on hoagie rolls. Scoop generous portions of the chicken and vegetable mixture into the rolls, serve hot and enjoy!
