Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cabbage into thin strips, and dice the bell peppers and onions. Gather your minced garlic.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Once browned, add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and diced bell peppers, stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce, add sesame oil and red pepper flakes, and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
