Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, dill or parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take your chosen wraps and lay them flat. Spread the cottage cheese mixture across each wrap, leaving about an inch from the edges.
  3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or julienne strips. Scatter cucumber slices and any additional veggies across each wrap.
  4. Roll each wrap from the edge closest to you, tucking in the sides as you go. Ensure they’re tight yet not overly squished.
  5. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for easy handling. Enjoy immediately or wrap in plastic and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
