Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ahi Tuna by patting it dry, cutting into cubes, and mixing with the marinade ingredients. Let it marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Heat neutral oil in a deep pot to 375℉ (190℃). Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and fry in batches until golden and crispy. Season with kosher salt.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and water to make the spicy mayo. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Assemble the nachos by layering fried wonton chips, drizzling with spicy mayo, adding marinated tuna poke, avocado slices, and sprinkling sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately, adding optional jalapeños or lime juice for extra flavor.
