  • 2 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Bacon pre-cooked
  • 3 cups Cooked chicken shredded rotisserie
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella consider low-fat
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar medium or sharp
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Hidden Valley preferred
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Additional mozzarella for topping
  • 1 cup Additional cheddar for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. If using fresh broccoli, boil florets for 1-2 minutes until bright green, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, bacon, broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and cheddar on top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
