  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened.

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded, part-skim is lighter.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with butter.
  3. Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Sauté diced onion for about 3 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, and Parmesan in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  6. Combine one cup of meat sauce with cooked spaghetti to coat the noodles evenly.
  7. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture over, add remaining spaghetti, and then top with remaining meat sauce.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
