Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30-40 seconds.
  3. Add flour, oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and optional salt to the melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, reserving about one cup for the topping.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix chopped mango, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch.
  6. Spread the mango mixture over the crust and top with the reserved crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown on the edges and the center is set.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
