- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Melt the unsalted butter and combine with flour, oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
- Press 3 cups of mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix mango, additional sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch for the filling.
- Pour the mango filling over the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top of the mango filling.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
