Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and combine with flour, oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. Press 3 cups of mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix mango, additional sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch for the filling.
  5. Pour the mango filling over the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top of the mango filling.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes, until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
