Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and Swerve Confectioner's Sugar until smooth.
  3. Take a zero-carb tortilla and spread the cream cheese mixture all over its surface, leaving a small border.
  4. Evenly distribute the fresh blueberries atop the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Melt a small amount of butter and lightly coat the tops of the rolled tortillas.
  7. Place the roll-ups in the preheated air fryer and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove the roll-ups from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before dusting with Swerve confectioner's sugar.
