  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, sauté sliced bell peppers and onions for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for an additional minute without overcooking the garlic.
  5. Return beef to the skillet, add broth or water, simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
