Step-by-Step Instructions for Biscoff Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the crushed Biscoff cookies with melted salted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with granulated and brown sugars for about 1 minute until light and creamy.
  5. Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture and fold gently.
  7. Spread the brownie batter over the crust in the baking pan.
  8. Heat the Biscoff spread slightly in the microwave and drop spoonfuls over the batter, swirling with a knife.
