- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown.
- Toss in the cauliflower florets and pour in 1/4 cup of vegetable broth. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and check the tenderness of the cauliflower. Simmer uncovered for another 5 minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter until melted. Optionally, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top or sprinkle with chopped herbs.
