Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients, peel and devein the shrimp, slice the sausage, and chop the broccoli into florets.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced sausage for about 5–7 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the broccoli florets for about 5–6 minutes until tender but crisp. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside with the sausage.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  5. Melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return the cooked sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the mixture and toss everything together. Cook for 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.
