- Gather all your ingredients, peel and devein the shrimp, slice the sausage, and chop the broccoli into florets.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced sausage for about 5–7 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
