  • 4 fillets Salmon, skinless

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be substituted
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika adds extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard is a substitute

  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Can swap for gluten-free options

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a cutting board and cut a deep pocket in each fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each salmon pocket with stuffing mixture but avoid overstuffing. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear each side of the salmon for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with lemon wedges.
