  • 8 oz Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Herbs) can substitute with cream cheese
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola Cheese or Roquefort or another blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Brine adjust to taste
  • 2 oz Vodka can use gin for a twist
  • 1 tbsp Dry Vermouth optional
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest save extra for topping
Finish
  • 1 cup Green Olives (Drained and Chopped) essential for martini taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for drizzling
  • to taste Flaky Salt
  • to taste Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
Serving
  • assorted Crackers, Chips or Crudités for dipping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add the Boursin cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, olive brine, vodka, dry vermouth, and lemon zest. Pulse until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Transfer the dip to a medium bowl and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  3. Top with chopped green olives, additional lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil, and finish with flaky salt and black pepper.
  4. Serve with an assortment of crackers, chips, or crudités. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
