Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush about 1 ½ cups of graham crackers in a ziplock bag until fine. Mix crumbs with ½ cup melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Set aside to cool.
  2. Blend the Filling: In a blender, add 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 cup whipped cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Assemble Layers: Pour the strawberry mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly. Fill to the edges, smoothing the top.
  4. Freeze: Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, until firm.
  5. Serve: Remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve chilled.
