Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, eggs, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  5. Spread the batter evenly onto the baking sheet with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until springy and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven and roll the cake while still warm, using the parchment.
  8. Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  9. Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling, and re-roll carefully.
  10. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing.
