Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thawing Gardein’s Chick’n Scallopini in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 370°F (190°C).
  3. Layer the thawed chick’n with Tofurky slices and vegan Swiss cheese to create a sandwich.
  4. Mix vegan mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then apply to both sides of the sandwich.
  5. Dip the sandwich in Just Egg, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place sandwiches onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
