  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour for a minute, then gradually add milk until thickened. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  6. Transfer the baked chicken bombs to a casserole dish, pour the creamy sauce over them, and broil for 3-5 minutes until bubbling.
