  1. Cook Noodles: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and spread to cool.
  2. Brown Meat: In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add ground beef and sausage, browning for 6-8 minutes.
