  2. Cook Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a large wok and cook chicken pieces for 5–7 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: Add more oil if needed, then sauté cabbage, carrots, and garlic in the same pan for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken and noodles back into the pan, pour sauce, and toss everything until well-coated, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
