Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
Select Your Serving Dish
- Choose a clean and dry serving dish, such as a trifle bowl or mason jars.
Begin Layering
- Pour a layer of yogurt mixture into the bottom of the dish, followed by sliced bananas and crushed cookies. Repeat layers.
Chill the Pudding
- Once assembled, top with banana slices and crushed cookies, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish Before Serving
- Before serving, remove from fridge, add more banana slices and dust with cinnamon or cacao nibs.
