For the Fruit Layer
  • 3 medium Ripe Bananas Slice just before use
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup Whole Grain Cookies Can use gluten-free versions

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
Select Your Serving Dish
  1. Choose a clean and dry serving dish, such as a trifle bowl or mason jars.
Begin Layering
  1. Pour a layer of yogurt mixture into the bottom of the dish, followed by sliced bananas and crushed cookies. Repeat layers.
Chill the Pudding
  1. Once assembled, top with banana slices and crushed cookies, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish Before Serving
  1. Before serving, remove from fridge, add more banana slices and dust with cinnamon or cacao nibs.
