- In a medium bowl, mix together pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press this crust mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the prepared pretzel crust, spreading it evenly and sprinkling a generous amount of sea salt on top.
- In a large bowl, whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
