  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, heavy cream, and brewed espresso.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan and bake for about 60 minutes.
