- Boil 12 ounces of rotini pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 8 ounces of cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup of ranch dressing. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, stirring until combined.
