Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Whisk until blended smoothly.
- Pour in almond milk and stir continuously for about a minute until cocoa dissolves and chia seeds are distributed.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once chilled, stir the pudding and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve in bowls or jars and top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.
