Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, chopped onions, and minced garlic. Cook until browned and onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in beef broth and Italian seasoning. Increase heat slightly and bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in heavy cream, stirring until well combined. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Fold cooked pasta shells into the creamy beef mixture for 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
