  3. Divide the kneaded dough into 2-3 equal pieces, and roll each piece into flat rounds approximately ¼ inch thick.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Carefully place each flatbread in the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
