For Serving
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter Brush on after baking for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Serve for dipping.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam or microwave cauliflower florets for 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower with mozzarella, parmesan, egg, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into stick forms on the prepared baking sheet, allowing space between each for even cooking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Brush the hot breadsticks with melted garlic butter after baking.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
