  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it into smaller pieces with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Dice 1 yellow onion and mince 2 garlic cloves. Once the chicken is browned, add the onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 2 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Incorporate ½ cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes along with 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and ½ teaspoon of chili flakes into the skillet.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth, stirring well to combine, then add 1 pound of gnocchi.
