Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. Incorporate ground beef into the skillet, brown for 6-8 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape, spoon filling in center, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold the corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
  7. Heat oil to 350°F for frying, cook eggrolls for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. For baking, preheat to 425°F and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove and place on a cooling rack. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
