Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on one half of the baking sheet and the chicken on the other half.
  4. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken breasts, coating them thoroughly.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, ensuring chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and sweet potatoes are tender.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes, then serve in bowls. Drizzle more buffalo sauce if desired.
