  • to desired thickness tbsp water add gradually

Baked Salmon Meatballs Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  3. Scoop out portions and roll into golf-ball-sized meatballs; place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15 to 18 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
  5. While baking, prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic in a food processor, adding water to desired consistency.
