  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon For sprinkling
For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese Cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary or Thyme Optional
For Serving
  • 1 tablespoons Extra Honey For drizzling
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Mint or Thyme For garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the pears and core them, placing the cut sides up in a baking dish.
  3. Brush the pears with melted butter or olive oil, drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon.
  4. Bake the pears for about 15 minutes until slightly softened and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and fill each pear with brie, cranberries, and walnuts.
  6. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until brie is melted and walnuts are toasted.
  7. Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with fresh mint or thyme.
  8. Serve warm immediately.
