  • 1 cup frozen pineapple fresh pineapple can work as long as the strawberries are frozen
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut use sweetened coconut for a sweeter profile
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips Lily's white chocolate style chips are great, or powder can be substituted
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk choose almond, oat, soy, or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional; can swap with honey or agave syrup

Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-powered blender, add frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, shredded coconut, and white chocolate chips. Pour in unsweetened plant milk and ensure the lid is secured tightly before blending.
  2. Blend the mixture on high for about 30-40 seconds or until it reaches a smooth and creamy texture. If it looks too thick, stop the blender and gently stir.
  3. Taste your smoothie. If you prefer extra sweetness, add maple syrup and blend again for another 10-15 seconds.
  4. If your smoothie is too thick, add another splash of plant milk and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and, if desired, top with additional shredded coconut or fresh fruit slices. Enjoy immediately!
