Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cubing your steak into bite-sized pieces and halve or quarter the baby potatoes. Set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened real butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cubed steak, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, tossing until evenly coated.
  4. In another bowl, drizzle olive oil over the halved or quartered potatoes, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned steak in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes.
  6. After the steak, cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked steak to the bowl, pour in the garlic butter mixture, and toss gently to coat.
  8. Serve warm, garnishing with parsley or grated Parmesan. Enjoy immediately.
