- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs until smooth and slightly frothy. Stir in 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- Gently fold in your choice of shredded cheese and any finely chopped vegetables into the egg mixture. Include optional ingredients like cooked bacon or herbs if desired.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture into silicone molds or a greased muffin tin, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
- Set your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Once preheated, place the filled molds in the air fryer basket. Cook the bites for 15–18 minutes.
- After cooking, carefully remove the molds from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Pop the Air Fryer Egg Bites out of their molds and serve warm.
